There are amen breaks galore on the new record from the NexGen Music Group stable, the jungle-inspired Fear Nothing EP from Dubstitutes.
The duo is a collaboration between drum & bass veteran Rob Sparx and MC Task – who have released music on NexGen’s sister label Migration – and the four tracks that make up their EP wear ragga and jungle influences proudly on their sleeve.
Amen breaks are a constant across the record, which dives from catchy vocals on ‘Takeover’ to plunging basslines on ‘Another Future’. Check out the fresh tracks here, and head over to https://www.nexgenmusicgroup.com/ to grab the EP.

Washington, DC-based music powerhouse — NEXGEN MUSIC steers attention to its Drum and Bass roots with an EP from new artist and UK-based producer, Soulful Nature. Melodies and instruments are a theme throughout, with the pace changing from laid back summer tunes like “Going Nowhere” and “Something New” to the more high paced rollers”Still Love You” and “Doing To Me”.
