Welcome to Drum and Bass HQ, we were lucky enough to speak with Doumpa, the Head Honcho from Dubwise Station about their latest signings and releases.

Dubwise Station is all about reggae influenced bass music and they have just unleashed the massive track “Waa si we Dead” which features Blackout JA and Fuchaman on vocals.

 

 

Dubwise station also hosts an excellent bi monthly  Podcast which started in 2014 full of Jungle flavors and dubplates and has featured some very special guests such as T Kay from the Numa crew.

Based between the UK and France, the Dubwise Station record label was started in 2012 and they have worked with many different artists from around the globe such as Aries, Cracking Dub, Mooncat, Jamie Irie, Isaac Maya, Audio Mission, Viniselecta, Blackout JA Fuchaman, General Levy and The Ragga Twins to name but a few.

 

 

The first release from Dubwise station in 2013 was  “Bless up da fire” which featured Fu Steps, the Original Mix was produced by Viniselecta and a Drumstep remix by U Stone as well as a remix by Aries.

Dubwise Station has an extremely busy pipeline for now and next year with Viniselecta releasing an album in collaboration with Junglist Posse where the lead track features Aries and the Ragga Twins

Dubwise Station’s biggest release this year was the mini album “Planet Dubwise” by the Four Corners Crew and featured General Levy, Ziggy and Terry Ganzie
